I am seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor, specializing in creating captivating content for Instagram and TikTok platforms. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually appealing and engaging videos that resonate with our diverse audience across platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for Instagram and TikTok.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content ideas.
3. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style and tone.
4. Use editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to enhance footage, add effects, transitions, jump cuts, text caption, and incorporate music or sound effects.
5. Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure videos are error-free and polished.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and features on Instagram and TikTok, implementing innovative editing techniques to maximize engagement.
7. Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and timelines.
8. Actively seek feedback and constructive criticism to continuously improve editing skills and workflow efficiency.
9. Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to brainstorm ideas and contribute creatively to enhance the overall quality of content.
10. Ability to pick out attention-grabbing shots
11. Excellent storytelling skills


Requirements:
1. Experience with video editing software including CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
2. Experience with color grading, and applying LUTs to maintain a consist brand look.
3. Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and understanding of their audience preferences and engagement metrics.
4. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
7. Willingness to learn and take the initiative to adapt to new editing techniques and trends.
8. Creativity and innovation in approaching video editing tasks, with a focus on improving team performance and content quality.
