Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Digital Designer with a client-centric approach to join our digital marketing agency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with clients, and have a passion for creating impactful digital experiences, we want you on our team!

The ideal candidate should possess a strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with a proven track record in video editing. You have a strong command of digital design tools and keen understanding of how to build out the visual elements of a brand system. You can assess an existing brand and create impactful and conversion-focused digital marketing assets to support it—including display advertising, collateral to guide Google Performance Max campaigns, website UI, email newsletter templates, infographics, and social media assets.

How You’ll Work With Our Team:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design compelling visual assets that align with a brand’s vision and business objectives.
Conceptualize and design compelling digital assets tailored to each client's requirements and marketing goals.
Collaborate closely with teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Proactively suggest design solutions and optimizations to enhance client projects and achieve desired outcomes.
Maintain clear communication with your team throughout the design process, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
What You’ll Create
Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to craft visually striking designs that resonate with a specific target audience.
Develop eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and advertisements to engage our online audience effectively.
Edit videos using your proficiency in video editing, enhancing our multimedia content for various platforms.
Craft technical mockups and infographics to visually communicate complex information and concepts.
Design responsive website landing pages in Figma by applying UI/UX principles and web design best practices that work within a client’s CMS and theme without requiring extensive custom code.
Designing visually appealing and responsive layouts
Utilize digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Sketch, and other relevant software to bring client visions to life.
Edit videos to enhance multimedia content, aligning with client branding and marketing strategies.
Research digital design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to deliver innovative brand evolutions that continually enhance graphic standards.
Requirements:
Advanced working knowledge of Figma, Canva (or similar tool), and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
Proven experience in video editing, showcasing your ability to enhance multimedia content.
Provide a portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of digital design projects, including brand identity, advertising, website UI, and infographics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in marketing and business, with the capacity to contribute to brand identity and marketing strategies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
B2B business knowledge and marketing understanding are advantageous.
Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to create designs tailored for online engagement.
Knowledge of Da Vinci (video editing program) is a plus.
Passion for career advancement and eagerness to explore and leverage advanced design tools.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
