We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across various tasks and projects. Responsibilities include:
- Zapier Automations:
Creating and managing Zapier automations to streamline workflows and integrate different applications efficiently.
- GoHighLevel:
Proficiency in GoHighLevel platform to assist with CRM management, sales funnel creation, and marketing automation tasks.
- Website Design:
Designing and maintaining websites using platforms like WordPress or Wix, ensuring functionality and user experience meet
the company's standards.
- Spreadsheets:
Managing and organizing data using spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) for various purposes such as tracking,
analysis, and reporting.
Other Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
