JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction:
We are a dynamic e-commerce store seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying and engaging potential business clients, helping to expand our market reach and influence. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies that target business clients in the e-commerce sector.
Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Reach out to prospects via email, social media, and occasionally by phone to introduce our products and services.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of interested prospects and convert them into active clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales funnel status using CRM tools.
Analyze and report on campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the e-commerce or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product value to potential clients.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and campaigns efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies as they pertain to lead generation.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
