At Simply Earth, we know people are wasting money on overpriced essential oils and natural ingredients they don't know how to use. So we have created a DIY box to help 1,000,000 people learn how to turn their natural ingredients into DIY products with EASE clarity so they can enjoy making.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Grow into learning all the aspects of running an e-commerce business so that you can connect the dots with area experts
- Organize each project’s scope and timeline
- Be the point of contact for external communications
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Help build a productive environment where teaUpgrade to see actual infombers ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**

- Your own laptop or computer
- Internet with at least 10mbps speed.
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- 4 hours of overlap time in the US daily for daily communications with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the Philippines and the US.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**

- 17,500 per month during 1-year apprenticeship. ?35,000 per month upon graduation if you meet personal goals
- Flexible scheduling
- BONUSES - HMO budget worth P15,000 (after 1 year of being full-time), 15 paid days annual leave, 10 paid holidays, and a Quarterly benefit opportunity of P10,000.
