Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong background in creating engaging and viral short video content. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of success in leveraging platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative short video content strategies that align with our clients' brand goals.
Research and implement effective hooks and concepts for video content that resonate with target audiences.
Create captivating short videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other similar software.
Regularly measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive social media presence.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years experience in social media management, specifically with a focus on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Demonstrable ability to research and generate effective content ideas and hooks.
Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
Excellent understanding of social media KPIs and metrics, with the ability to report and interpret these effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
