Real Property Data Inc. is looking for a REAL ESTATE DATA COORDINATOR that’s a team player, proactive, independent and outspoken.

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to real estate industry people to get valuable information about a real estate project
through calling and messaging through various platforms.
- Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
- Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
- Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.
- Attending data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
- Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.

- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Keep information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required.


- Starting Rate : CAD $120-$140 weekly
- Residing in DAVAO CITY
- Weekly Compensation
- Full-Time, (HYBRID SETUP)
- 3-month incentive program included
- Graduated or prior experience with the Engineering / Real Estate / Architectural / Pre-Law / Business field is preferred but not required
- Knows how to understand and speak simple English
- Team Player, Proactive, Independent, Outspoken
- Typing Skills must at least 35 WPM
- Reliable Internet Connection
- Laptop Specifications (CORE: i3 or i5, HDD: 1TB, SSD: 256gb, RAM 8gb
- Available to start by the last week of April or first week of May
