Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable part-time Bookkeeper to help manage our financial records from the Philippines. This role is crucial for maintaining our accounting systems, preparing financial reports, and offering insights that will help improve our operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Analyze budgets and prepare monthly reports.
Prepare invoices and track accounts receivable.
Manage accounts payable and payroll functions.
Review and process reimbursements.
Create financial statements and related financial documents.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero preferred).
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.

Work Hours & Compensation:

This is a remote, part-time position requiring about 15 hours of work per week.
Flexible work hours based on mutual agreement.
Competitive pay rate of PHP 250 per hour, amounting to approximately PHP 15,000 per month.
