What will you be doing:

Customer service - email management and answering calls
Shopify – Handle the backend, emails, changes, updating, and uploading content
Fulfillment of orders to clients and any back-end support that can be done offshore
Scheduling of demos/booking in sales meetings and calls
Supplier bills, invoices support, Hubdoc – Logging receipts
Writing content and copy on the products (organic SEO increase)
PA support, research, booking, ordering supplies, etc.
Analyse and interpret data and create reports (marketing/ads campaigns)
Who we are looking for:

2 years’ experience in an administrative-driven or support role
Must have E-commerce experience
Proficient in E-commerce systems
Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
Good understanding of the golf business and industry
