Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team at Rumble Tumbles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day administrative tasks and maintaining our social media presence. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our play centre from behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, and database management.
Manage bookings for parties and events, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
Update and maintain the customer database with attention to security and confidentiality norms.
Create and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) including updates, promotions, and event information.
Monitor social media and online reviews, responding to inquiries and comments appropriately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and promotional emails.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.
Generate reports on bookings, customer feedback, and social media engagement to help shape future business strategies.
