Virtual assistant/appointment setter

OVERVIEW:

Wa are searching for a motivated Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter (40 hours per week) with previous customer service experience to call and text Facebook and Instagram generated leads.

This Social Media Manager does NOT need experience on facebook or instagram. Only customer service experience is required. The rest will be taught in training.


TASKS:
Calling leads quickly and daily
Organizing a pipeline
Scheduling appointments
Confirming appointments


SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Speak & write in excellent English
Experience using a CRM (Go High Level specifically)
At least 1 years experience in some type of customer service or appointment setting
Knowledge of how to deal with warm leads
Understand basic lead nurturing process
Flexibility with working time and hours

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Laptop/computer with a 64 bit processor
Fast and reliable internet connection
A smartphone

RATE: $5.00/ hour ($800/month)
