Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Brings 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate acquisitions or related roles.
Exhibits strong negotiation and communication skills.
Maintains an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Is a self-starter who takes initiative and can work autonomously.
Understands real estate market trends and property valuation.
Is proficient in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM).
Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
Negotiate purchase terms and conditions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals.
Manage and update acquisition pipelines through our CRM software.
