Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using industry-leading tools for cold emailing to find potential clients in need of software consulting services. They will also be responsible for setting up phone calls between prospects and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
Use cold emailing tools of your choosing to contact prospects and generate leads.
Write personalized emails using AI to convert leads into phone calls.
Track leads and follow up using CRM software.
Collaborate with the Valteria Lead to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation or cold emailing.
Knowledge of industry-leading tools for cold emailing and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the software consulting or IT industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
