JOB OVERVIEW

Myland Home Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team!

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various healthcare projects at Myland Home Care. You will oversee projects from start to finish, manage resources effectively, and lead project teams to achieve their goals on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables meet project objectives.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success.
Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results to stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical and administrative staff.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of care delivery.
Stay up-to-date on relevant healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
