You'll be the master of organization, ensuring our financial data is tidy and ready for action. Plus, you'll be the backbone of our balance sheet and profit & loss statement prep for the accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
Dive into QuickBooks Simple Start and accurately record all financial transactions.
Sort and categorize transactions like a pro, following our chart of accounts.
Channel your inner detective to reconcile bank statements and keep our financial entries on point.
Whip up financial reports with precision, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Stick to the playbook: maintain our financial records in line with established policies and procedures.
Keep an eagle eye out for discrepancies and swoop in to correct them.
Tag-team with our accountant, providing them with all the juicy financial info they need to work their magic.

Qualifications:
Battle-tested experience as a Bookkeeper, specifically with QuickBooks Simple Start.
Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and the art of efficient financial reporting.
