Product Research & Design Virtual Assistant (VA)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Product Research Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new, innovative products to be sold on Amazon, conducting supplier research, soliciting quotations, and organizing all relevant information. Additionally, the Product Research VA will be tasked with closely monitoring our competitors and implementing strategies to drive traffic and enhance follower engagement on various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research and Sourcing:
- Identify and research potential product ideas for sale on Amazon.
- Reach out to suppliers and obtain quotations for products of interest.
- Systematize all gathered information for easy reference and decision-making.
Competitor Monitoring:
- Keep a close eye on competitors' activities and market trends.
- Utilize gathered insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Social Media Management:
- Leverage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to increase brand visibility.
- Implement strategies to drive traffic and boost follower engagement.

Qualifications:

- A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Proficient in conducting online research and utilizing resources effectively.
- Familiar with social media platforms and strategies to enhance follower engagement.
Influencer/blogger outreach experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage.
- Possess a reliable internet connection with over 95% uptime.
- Able to accommodate flexible scheduling for weekly calls across different time zones.
- Proficient in English.


About Us:

We are an established ecommerce company specializing in party decorations, with over six years of experience selling on Amazon and Shopify. As a remote team of five employees, we prioritize delivering high-quality work on time over traditional work hours.

Position Details:

Location: Remote
Hours: Initially 5 hours per day, with the possibility of increased hours
Compensation: Starting at $4 USD per hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases
