JOB OVERVIEW

**Need to have qualifications:**

- 2+ years of experience creating and managing social media marketing channels for clients
- In-depth experience with video trends across Tiktok and Instagram
- Modern graphic design principles and Canva expertise
- Strong copywriting skills to write posts that feel human across all digital marketing channels
- 1+ year of influencer marketing outreach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Great English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work US time zones for 40 hours per week

**Nice to have:**

- Video editing experience
- Email marketing experience, especially with Mailchimp
- Cold outreach experience

**Responsibilities:**

- Create organic social media content (photos and videos) for a variety of clients while sticking to brand guidelines — we want you to be creative!
- Manage the content calendars for multiple clients
- Collaborate closely with the internal team + clients to manage a variety of marketing projects and deadlines
- Email marketing: design email workflows and sequences, segment and build audiences, design and write the emails
- Share regular reports with the team, highlighting the performance of your KPIs and making data-driven recommendations for future improvements
- Regularly monitor the performance of social channels, utilizing metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Influencer marketing: list building and outreach to potential influencers
