Top producing real estate team in New York City seeking assistant. If you are process-driven, detailed-oriented and desire to become a strong operations manager, please contact us. You need to be interested in planning and devising processes, skilled in communications with different personalities, enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Property management: manage properties on behalf of landlords, including preparing accounting statements, collecting rents, paying expense and dealing with maintenance issues.
- Schedule showing appointments, optimize buyer’s tour
- Prepare listings: work with different vendors to manage staging, photo/video shoots
- Prepare comparative analysis for buyers and sellers
- Research: conduct independent research on neighborhoods, marketing projects, etc.
- Manage deal flow: prepare purchase application for buyers, follow up with various parties to move the deals to closing. Be the point person.
- Prepare paperwork including building application packages
- Calling leads who inquired online to set up phone calls with members on the team
Schedule:
- Full time (8 hours per day on weekdays)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good accounting knowledge and skills
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Points, Gmail, PDF editor, Google Drive.
