Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. We are a small beauty brand located in Los Angeles and our mission is to make Sustainable Beauty an Easy Choice for everyone. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating marketing materials, social media posts, and creative ads.

Responsibilities:
- Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
- Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
- Educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing, and others, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
- Lead creation and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
- Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
