Location: Remote, must work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (10am-7pm PST)

Compensation: Starting at $4/hr with potential for pay increase and promotion based on performance and experience.

Requirements:

-Excellent English/Verbal Skills
-Prior real estate experience is a must
-Experienced with CallTools
-Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (10am-7pm PST)
-Must submit voice recording of a cold calling mockup
-Must submit a Resume highlighting past experience for this role
-Must use Time-Proof/Hubstaff during employment

Responsibilities:

-Cold-calling property owners to gauge interest in selling
-Appointment setting
-Daily Follow Ups
-Additional administrative tasks as needed
