JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Sales Manager
Company: Virtual Sherpa

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team by example and drive performance to new heights. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, providing training and support, analyzing metrics, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example: Complete all lead setter responsibilities with your team.
• Generate and administer sales training tailored to the team's performance.
• Listen in on teaUpgrade to see actual infomber sales calls and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Document and report on daily training, goals, metrics, and other relevant information to company superiors.
• Analyze daily and weekly metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insightful tips to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and superiors.
• Create and maintain a close-knit and optimistic environment for all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Encourage teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, even during challenging times.
• Conduct multiple check-ins throughout the day with both the entire team and individual members.
• Assume responsibility for the performance and actions of sales teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Manage multiple skill levels and abilities within the team, uplifting struggling members and continuously improving top performers.
• Recognize and celebrate the achievements of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to boost morale.
• Resolve any professional issues brought up by teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, such as makeup hours, feelings of discouragement, or slow performance.
• Lead a team consisting of 2 to 8 members with little support from Virtual Sherpa.
• Draft detailed reports on daily and weekly interactions, providing analytical insights on various levels of numerical data.
• Be open to feedback and willing to learn from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and superiors.
• Maintain high levels of communication expected of all Virtual Sherpa Managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage various skill levels within the team.
• Ability to handle professional issues and conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in drafting detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
