Appointment Setter

We are looking for a few talented appointment setters that want to join a winning company within the solar industry! MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE! task will be calling aged solar leads on a dialer (call tools) and setting appointments for homeowners who want to go solar. All training and equipment are provided. The time zones will be between 9AM-8PM EST. Their will be 2 shifts throughout the day: 9am-2pm & 2pm-8pm EST. Flexibility to both is ideal. Some of our agents work full time from 9am-7pm, and others who work 20-30 hours per week. We typically start everyone part-time and give them the ability to work full-time if its a good fit. However, we do want people to be able to commit full-time. We also are looking for those who want to work weekends only. Agents with full-time seats make closer to $7-8/hour with all weekly, monthly, and deal bonuses. Must have appointment-setting experience and speak good English. The pay starts at $4/hour plus a bonus for deals and other incentives. The pay schedule is from Friday-Thursday and those days are paid weekly every Friday via transferwise.
