We are a U.S. based medical record retrieval company, working mostly with remote staff from PHL. Looking for a candidate with experience training new hires and improving the on-boarding process.
Responsibilities include:
Training new hires
Conduct refresher training and ongoing training of existing employees
Scheduling and conducting training session on topics to prepare and support employees
Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions
Updating training manual
Monitors progress of new tea
Delivers feedback to department
Required Qualifications:
Available to work at U.S. ET time zone
Training and team leading BPO work experience
At home work experience
Telemarketing or call-center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem-solver personality type
Home office w/high-speed internet connection
Must have a USB headset
Confidentiality
Entrepreneurial spirit
Pass criminal background check (NBI)
Experience in healthcare or legal field is a plus
