Key Responsibilities:

- SEO Strategy and Implementation: Direct and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, to enhance search engine rankings and visibility.
- Backlink Management: Identify and acquire high-authority backlinks to boost domain authority and improve organic search positions.
- Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of our SEO agency and content writer, ensuring alignment with our company’s objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on SEO progress and metrics. Adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed performance goals.
- SEO Projections: Manage and forecast SEO outcomes to align with company goals, contributing to long-term growth strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO practices and trends.
- Demonstrated ability in managing teams and working with external agencies.
- Expertise in on-page SEO, backlink strategies, and Google Analytics.
- Elementor Proficiency: Must have experience with Elementor as it is integral to our web development and SEO processes.
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance and plan improvements.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions that reflect the company’s objectives.
