Marketing Virtual Assistant

We're seeking a candidate with virtual marketing expertise and outstanding proficiency in English to aid in listing our rental properties on the MLS. This position entails utilizing our property management system, PropertyWare, and working closely with property managers and tenants. This full-time position must be available to support 20 hours per week in the Central Time zone during a typical day shift. You must have prior marketing experience and a high level of attention to detail.

Job Description
The Virtual Marketing Assistant utilizes expertise to attract individuals to our property listings. The position is responsible for creating rental listings, tenant contact, collaborating with property managers and managing information in PropertyWare. The position collaborates with Property Managers in Texas and Virginia to create consistent, compliant, and impactful property listings.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2 years professional experience as a virtual marketing assistant, and ability to show examples of work Preferably experience within the real estate sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, adept at crafting engaging content and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated through diverse writing styles and accurate grammar.
• Competence in Google Docs and an ability to learn property management software, particularly Propertyware.
• Effective collaboration skills with both internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational aptitude and keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Possesses a creative mindset, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and adept problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Essential Job Functions:
• Generates captivating marketing materials including print, digital, video, web and to showcase properties and attract potential clients.
• Utilizes PropertyWare and ensures MLS listings accurately reflect listing features.
• Collaborates with property owners on listings, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• Works closely with property managers and business development teams to understand property features and client preferences, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts.
• Partners with Property Managers to all marketing materials comply with Board of Realtors regulations, license agreements, and Fair Housing Guidelines.
• Oversight of yard sign orders/management, and delivery to Property Managers.
• Utilizes PropertyWare's full marketing functionality proficiently to manage rental listings ensuring accurate and comprehensive data for all managed properties.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to support marketing efforts and facilitate business growth. Ensure proper vendor scheduling to optimize market listings.
