Experienced entrepreneur looking to hire a remote executive assistant to help with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. This role will have significant growth potential where you’ll have the opportunity for performance based monthly bonuses as well as significant opportunity to grow, learn and have fun!
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST (New York time zone), Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in customer service/virtual assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Handle customer queries, and follow up with customers
- Act as a project coordinator for tasks and deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software such as Google Suites & Gmail.
- A forward-thinking mindset and an appetite for continuous learning and improvement.
- Fluent in Spanish is not required, but would be a PLUS!
Technical Requirements:
- A primary computer with significant RAM and processing power to handle 10+ tabs on Google Chrome
- Primary and backup internet service with speeds of at least 50 Mbps
- Backup power supply (we can reimburse if you need to purchase)
