Roles We’re Hiring For:


Web2.0/Web3 Developers:
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications and platforms.
Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on new features and integrations.
Research and implement blockchain technologies and decentralized systems.

Qualifications:
Proficient in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Solidity, or Rust.
Experience with blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications is a plus.
Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks.

General Programmers:

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.

Qualifications:
Strong in software development fundamentals.
Familiarity with multiple programming environments and tools.
Ability to document requirements and specifications.
Video Editors (Short and Long Form Content):
Responsibilities:
Edit video content for a variety of digital platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to storyboard, edit, and refine videos to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage multiple projects from conception through completion.
Qualifications:
Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience in producing both short form and long form video content.
Strong sense of pacing and visual aesthetics.
