Responsibilities:
Social media management: Manage the client's socials (instagram + tiktok) and post daily on the feed + stories to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Ad creative execution: Create high converting ad creatives (goal would be to have at least 10-20 new ad creatives per week)
Video editing + content creation for social media: Utilize video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content for marketing purposes, and create content on canva for the feed posts/stories.
Research social media trends: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute on marketing strategies: Develop a marketing plan, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Also monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, trend analysis, ad creative creation,
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Has to have an experience in the fashion/beauty industry
Hours: 25 hours/week (5 hours per day)
