Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Self-Development:

Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development by staying informed about industry trends, attending relevant workshops, and seeking continuous learning opportunities.
Metrics and Reporting:

Track and report on outreach activities, engagement metrics, and client feedback.
Collaborate with the team to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
Share insights and feedback from client interactions to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in outreach, sales, or customer support is a plus.
