Executive Assistant/Project Manager, For The Head of Operations

We’re looking for a savvy, relentless, hungry, highly ethical, and trustworthy person to join our team. This person will be working directly with our Head of Operations to rapidly accelerate the expansion and growth of our new businesses as well as manage the processes/team development. This person will also be helping with all things research and logistics to ensure things get executed.

It’s an incredible opportunity for someone with a lot of growth and opportunity for bonuses, but it will require a very large amount of attention, communication, and hustle, day-in and day-out.

Responsibilities
- Project planning - detailed project management plans and GANTT charts
- Finding and implementing technology stack, including project management, communication, and otherwise
- Managing team progress, without misfires
- Market research, sometimes more complex or with modern concepts (AI, Blockchain, Web3, Economy)
- Deliverable creation
- Hiring
- Scheduling
- Miscellaneous tasks

Requirements
- Highly analytical
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Fast-moving (you like the tempo/challenge)
- Extremely communicative and clear
- Eager to learn
- Can work PST/PDT shift
- Own PC/Laptop
- Fast internet speed (enough for zoom calling)
- Weekends when needed (not usually but during a sprint may be needed)
- Knowledge of Web3, AI, etc a plus

Compensation will start at $750-$1000/month with quarterly bonuses and with tremendous opportunity to grow and expand your role.
