Purpose of Role:
As a Front-End WordPress Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, speed optimising, maintaining, and supporting our clients’ websites. You will work closely with the Project Manager, other Developers, Designers and Content team to deliver world-class websites that convert.

7 Success Factors:
1.Develop Pixel-Perfect WordPress Divi Theme Websites - 100% of pages are designed identically to Figma design
2. Website Performance Optimisation - Achieve a Page Speed Insights score of 90+ for all websites developed.
3. Cross-Browser Compatibility UI - Ensure seamless functionality across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with <5% variance in rendering.
4. Responsive Design Implementation for Optimal UX - Attain a Mobile-Friendly Test score of 95+ for all websites.
5. Bug Fix and Maintenance - Resolve reported bugs within 24 hours of identification, maintaining a bug-free status for at least 98% of the time.
6. Client Satisfaction (effective and responsive communication and quality of work) - Achieve a client satisfaction score of 90%+ on post-project surveys.
7. Website plugin-updates - Update website plugins each month to ensure all sites are secure and functioning correctly
