You will be working with a team helping onboard new customers, provide customer and technical support through Calls/SMS/Emails, and more!

Objectives of this role:
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability while presenting the value of our product portfolio to customers

Responsibilities:
- Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and services
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels like chat, phone, and social media platforms.
- Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Support Representative whether BPO or remote
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to exercise critical thinking in resolving customer concerns and escalate when appropriate
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-------Salesforce - (Or other Customer Relation Databases)
-------Chargebee - (Or other subscription handling services)
-------Google Sheets/Doc - (Or Microsoft Office)
- Strong organization skills and keen to details
- A self-starter that doesn’t need hand holding
- Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience in a similar line of business as CSR/TSR
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience in community management on social media platforms
