YouTube Manager, Social Media Manager.

Overview: I am seeking a long-term freelancer who has the skills and creativity to help enhance my newly created YouTube channel as a YouTube Manager and Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in YouTube channel management, and social media content creation and management. This role requires a strong understanding of digital media platforms, creative storytelling, and the ability to engage audiences effectively. I provide all the content you just need to monitor the channel and my social media. Please include 'We Can Do It' in your cover letter. Responsibilities:

1.YouTube Channel Management:

*Manage and optimize the company's YouTube channel, including uploading videos, writing compelling descriptions, and optimizing metadata for SEO.
*Develop and implement strategies to grow the channel's subscribers, increase viewership, and enhance engagement.
*Monitor analytics and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions for channel improvement.

2. Social Media Management:

*Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
*Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster community engagement.
*Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and manage online reputation effectively.

Qualifications:
*Minimum of 1 year of experience in video and photo editing, YouTube channel management, and social media management.
*Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
*Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices, and channel optimization strategies.
*Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
*Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
