Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer inquiries from restaurant clients via chat,
Provide expert assistance and guidance to restaurant clients on using our virtual business solutions effectively to optimize their operations.
Resolve restaurant clients' issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with outgoing phone calls to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, and provide additional support as needed.
Collaborate with other tea
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including logging support tickets and updating client profiles.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably within the restaurant industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
