Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone, with a focus on supporting restaurants. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our restaurant clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries from restaurant clients via chat, email, and phone in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide expert assistance and guidance to restaurant clients on using our virtual business solutions effectively to optimize their operations.
Resolve restaurant clients' issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with outgoing phone calls to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, and provide additional support as needed.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer support services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including logging support tickets and updating client profiles.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably within the restaurant industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using chat, email, and phone systems for customer support.
Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry-specific challenges is a plus.
