VA for Amazon FBA Product Research and Sourcing

The Company:

We are a growing Amazon FBA business based in the UK and have an opportunity for a fixed-term VA to conduct product research and sourcing.

This is a 3-month fixed-term opportunity working 20 hours a week. Strong performance may lead to extension and increased pay.

Responsibilities:
Conduct product research to identify profitable opportunities on Amazon.
Analyze competition and demand to make informed sourcing decisions.
Source products from various suppliers/retailers based in the UK or EU
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sourced products.
Meet KPI targets

Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in regularly sourcing profitable products
Must be confident and able to generate leads in the top 5% BSR, less than 40k rank with 25% minimum ROI. (max no. of sellers depends on the lead but preferred less than between 3-10 sellers)
Must have strong experience using SAS and Keepa
Must be familiar with the UK marketplace.
Must know multiple sourcing methods.
Must be familiar with Google suite of applications

Expectations:
At least 1 product lead is generated for every hour of work.
Leads must not be shared with other clients.
Wage starts at £3.30 per hour for first 4 weeks, will increase with strong performance. wage can increase beyond $4 if extended and depending on continuous performance review.
