**Your Mission:**
As our
**Key Responsibilities:**
-Project Management: Utilize task management tools to oversee and execute campaigns flawlessly. You'll be responsible for keeping the team informed and providing regular performance reports to the CEO.
-Conversion Tracking: Implement and refine conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. Your ability to improve conversion rates will be closely monitored.
-Audience Targeting: Expertly manage audience targeting and segmentation to ensure our ads reach the right people at the right time, maximizing relevance and engagement.
-Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend for maximum ROI.
-A/B Testing: Continuously conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting, driving incremental improvements in campaign performance.
-Analytics and Reporting: Dive deep into data analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.

- Advanced content writing skills for social media, blogs, or websites.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Docs. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
