Position: Senior Sales Feight Direct Shipper Representative (Remote)

Salary: $3 per hour (with potential to increase to $5-$8 per hour based on performance) + Bonus commission for each direct shipper contract closed
Need to have some experience in secure direct shipper contract or with the logistics industry

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective direct shippers to present our trucking services.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.
Negotiate and finalize direct shipper contracts for our trucking company.
Meet or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:

Proven track record in cold calling and sales, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector, with an advanced understanding of sales techniques.
Proficiency in client acquisition and contract negotiation within the transportation trucking industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline effectively.
Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
