Job Description:

Are you a seasoned freight dispatcher eager to demonstrate your expertise? JG Dispatch Express is actively seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 1 year of freight dispatching experience to join our team. As a Freight Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the logistics for three designated drivers, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently book loads for each designated driver on a daily basis, ensuring optimal routes and timely deliveries.
Utilize DAT Load Board and other platforms to source freight and secure loads.
Foster clear and effective communication channels with drivers, providing them with essential information and unwavering support.
Vigilantly monitor driver progress, promptly addressing any challenges or delays as they arise.
Maintain meticulous records of dispatch activities, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of demonstrated freight dispatching experience.
Proven proficiency in coordinating flatbeds, straight trucks, and box trucks.
Exceptional organizational prowess coupled with stellar communication skills.
Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing dispatching software and navigating load boards.
Must provide documented proof of eligibility to work.
