JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a talented multi-channel marketing enthusiast to join our band of coworking/flexible office marketing experts. This Marketing Executive position offers the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, exciting, and supportive team, making a real difference on a range of pioneering client accounts. Spaces to Places’ clients are a range of agile and high-growth flexible office operators, primarily in London and the UK, soon to include Europe.

What you’ll be doing
The successful applicant will become Spaces to Places’ Marketing Executive, rolling out broad and effective marketing campaigns for a variety of client accounts. Supported by other marketing specialists, you’ll be responsible for making an impact with social media campaigns, creating email campaigns, and strengthening website performance. You’ll also be expected to attend meetings and develop positive relationships with the team in the UK.

Core Responsibilities
While not exhaustive, the following list summarises the main responsibilities of this Marketing Executive role:
• Supporting on the delivery of marketing campaigns for multiple client accounts at once
• Producing marketing plans, campaign strategies, and delivery timelines for client projects, both alone and with other members of the team
• Tackling hands-on work including
o Producing target occupier databases
o Running LinkedIn campaigns
o Sourcing information / images
o Creating and managing social media accounts
o Developing e-newsletters and campaigns
o Optimising web content to improve SEO and conversion rate
• Working closely with Marketing Manager to produce meaningful client reports and deliver commercially-focused advice on how to improve performance
• Assisting with the development of Spaces to Places’ public image as digital marketing thought-leaders by updating website, contributing to our social media profiles.
• Keeping abreast of best practice, disseminating information about emerging tools and techniques to other team and clients

Requirements
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a dedicated marketing role, with evidence of your ideas coming to life
• A clear track record of delivering interesting and engaging marketing activities, ideally in a B2B property environment
• Knowledge of online marketing tools and platforms including Wordpress, email software like Mailchimp, CRM systems, and all common social media platforms
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including a strong grasp of spelling and grammar and meticulous attention to detail
• A mix of technical ability and creativity to engage customers and drive potential leads for Spaces to Places and client businesses
