JOB OVERVIEW

We are on the hunt for a talented digital marketing enthusiast to join our team of coworking / flex office marketing experts. This post offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, exciting, and supportive environment, making a real difference on a range of pioneering client accounts. Spaces to Places lovely clients are a host of growth and agile flex office operators in United Kingdom.

At a glance, this role involves:
• Overall client satisfaction, strategy, and program delivery for assigned client accounts (with support of specialist marketing masters across web, events, design, PR, copy etc).
• Evaluating the effectiveness of client programs, and recommending improvements or additional services as appropriate.
Responsibilities in more detail:
• Being principally responsible for the digital marketing delivery of several client accounts
• Writing and delivering digital marketing plans, strategies and timelines for client projects
• Being hands on from producing target occupier databases, running Linkedin campaigns, getting testimonials from occupiers, creating social media post, developing newsletters, optimising web content in order to improve SEO, lead generation or conversion
• Devising and executing innovative digital marketing strategies for a range of flex office clients, both individually and with other members of the team
• Working closely with founder to produce meaningful client reports and deliver commercially-focused advice on how to improve performance
• Assisting with the development of Spaces to Places public image as digital marketing thought-leaders by updating website, contributing to our social media profiles
• Keeping abreast of best practice, disseminating information about emerging tools and techniques to other team and clients

Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including website management and experience of working with CMS systems
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google PPC, Content, Paid Social, digital marketing,, website design, email marketing digital communications and CRMs
• Able to deliver multiple projects to agreed deadlines and targets
• Strong use of analytics to direct and develop digital campaigns
• Able to create detailed reports on performance and project achievements
• Excellent written and spoken English skills. The marketing content produced directly by you and by other members is expected to be client-ready – consequently you will need a strong grasp of spelling and grammar, as well as meticulous attention to detail
