Social Media Video Editor/ Digital designer

We are looking for a highly organized, creative and driven individual to join our team for all things media and design for our growing real estate and vacation rental business! If you are a creative individual who thrives in a self-driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively, this might be the position for you.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Edit captured footage (photo and video) using software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
-Meticulously log footage, organize and maintain a clear archive system for edited content.
-Assist in launching our new YouTube channel.
-Source and curate high-quality visuals (photos and videos) to complement content.
-Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms.
-Assist with caption writing and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
-Research and strategize new content ideas.
-Create designs for online marketing and merchandise that match our brand.
-Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and timelines.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing or a related field
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a team.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE/TOOLS KNOWLEDGE:
-Social media platforms including IG, FB, TikTok and YouTube
-Canva
-Capcut or other editing software
-Google Drive and other file organization systems
Upgrade to see actual info or other project management tools
-Experience in Shopify or similar platforms would be a bonus, but not required

BENEFITS AND SCHEDULE:
This is a part-time to full-time position, depending on your skills and experience with flexible hours. You must be able to make weekly ZooUpgrade to see actual infoeting and be available to communicate Monday-Friday. You will qualify for 2 weeks sick/vacation leave after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays.
