Role Overview:
As a Full-Time Podcast Editor, you'll be responsible for editing two hour-long episodes (4k) weekly for our business entrepreneurship podcast. Each episode requires comprehensive editing and the creation of 15 simple reels, ranging between 30 to 90 seconds in length. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our podcast maintains its high-quality standards and resonates with our audience.


Responsibilities:
* Edit two hour-long podcast episodes weekly, maintaining high audio and visual standards.
* Produce 15 simple reels for each podcast episode, with durations ranging between 30 to 90 seconds.
* Tasks involved in reel creation include cutting, subtitling, and including smooth transitions.
* Collaborate with our team to uphold brand consistency and messaging.
* Deliver all content within the weekly timeframe.
* Communicate effectively to address any editing or technical requirements.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in podcast editing and reel creation.
* Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
* Ability to handle large 4K files and maintain efficient workflow.
* Strong computer specifications and reliable internet connection.
* Immediate availability for a full-time role.
