Virtual Assistant Needed

I need help hiring Philippines Wordpress developers. I am looking for a Wordpress developer that can complete the two epics (KAN-7 and KAN-8) and open to more work. The developer must have experience integrating messaging in wordpress and payment systems. Ideally, $3-$4 an hour with a 5% raise every 3 months. ($100 bonus if you find me a candidate within this range that stays a month) The max I can do is $7 an hour. Contract is until website is complete. Must be able to work in a team. There is another developer. Must be either on Upwork or Upgrade to see actual info and no manual logging of time. Use of upwork or timeproof.
