This position will be responsible for monthly bookkeeping and special projects for the accounting firm and firm owner's other business ventures.
REQUIREMENTS:
*at least three years experience in US bookkeeping
*experience with QuickBooks Online
*experience with Xcel
*experience with budgeting and preparing and analyzing budget to actual reports
*availability for occasional meetings during the day U.S. time
DUTIES INCLUDE:
*Coding transactions in QBO each month
*Reconciling bank accounts
*Updating budget spreadsheet & identifying variances
*Maintaining client billing system and sending proposals
*Updating other financial KPI's as required
*Process firm payroll using Gusto for 3-4 employees twice a month
*Process firm contractor payments using TransferWise
*Coordinate with Executive Assistant on firm bill payments
*Other projects as assigned
This is a long term position and the employee will work about 3-10 hours per week, could increase as the firm is in a rapid growth mode.
