Requirements:
- Language Skills:
Perfect command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Educational Background:
Record of attending and graduating from a reputable law school.
- Standardized Exam Scores:
If applicable, provide information on Law School Admission Test (LSAT) scores.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving Financial Disputes with Vendors:
Investigate and resolve financial disputes with vendors, ensuring a fair and legally sound resolution.
Negotiate terms and conditions to safeguard the company's financial interests.
- Writing/Reviewing Contracts:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, partnership contracts, and client agreements.
Ensure that all contracts align with legal requirements and company policies.
- Responding to Complaints:
Address and respond to legal complaints, internal or external, and provide legal guidance to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for mitigating legal risks.
- Filing Insurance Claims:
Manage the process of filing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with insurance providers to expedite the claims process and maximize benefits for the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in filing insurance Claims preferred
- Extensive experience drafting contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Previous experience in corporate law or a similar role is preferred.
