Customer Operations Specialst

At Alarm Masters, we have served thousands of customers for over 35 years. We are a local alarm company based in Houston, Texas and need to add more teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to support our growth.

We are specifically looking for candidates with *very strong verbal English. We are currently anticipating to hire 3 full-time people in the very near future.

This person will engage our customers via phone and email in various capacities, direct them to other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as needed, along with updating customer records as needed in our software platforms.
