Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with excellent interpersonal & communication skills who can assist our customers with their inquiries & concerns related to our services.

Qualifications:
- Should have a bachelor's degree.
- Should have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in a call center industry.
- Should be able to submit KPI reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Knowledge in Outlook, MS Office, Asana and GoHighLevel is preferred.
- Amenable to working full time, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
