Technical Support Specialist

Hello! Once again we are growing our team! We are looking for the right person to join our team. We have several shifts available, these are Day in the PI. We do have several teaUpgrade to see actual infombers from the PI and you'll be joining a tight knit team!

This is a technical support position monitoring our clients servers, computers and responding to helpdesk tickets that may come in during your shift. There is an on call Engineer that is available to escalate issues to.

We do provide specific training, but you must already be an accomplished IT professional.

After probation we reimburse you for your internet connection costs and other benefits such as paid time off, vacation and sick leave.

If you are an entry level IT person we can work with you if you can demonstrate an aptitude and have excellent English skills - you will be talking with our clients on an ongoing basis
