Commercial Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Analyst

You would be working as part of a team that is part in California and part in the Philippines working on commercial real estate loans. You will be working California hours online through Teams with the team. We need assistance with analyzing excel and pdf data and transferring it to our excel templates. This role includes underwriting commercial real estate deals, lender distribution of marketing packages, data analysis, and research. Excel, Good English, and Office product knowledge is a must. Also, we work California time (PST). We are on Teams most of the day with each other meeting via camera.
