Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
*This position will start as part-time with the potential to become full-time. Initially, the working hours are in the afternoon, but will expand to full-day hours including a lunch break when shifted to full-time.
Work Hours:
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM PST
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: $7-$9 per hour

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and effective management of the COO's commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the COO in catching up on emails that are 4 weeks behind, ensuring all communications are timely responded to or delegated appropriately.
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and other logistical details.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence, redirecting as necessary to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review and distribution.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment setup.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and the leadership team, aiding in the efficient operation of the organization.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the tasks at hand.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
